Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms of service shown here (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Service") set forth the terms and conditions surrounding pre-order sales (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") from crowdfunding provided through this website which is operated by Granzella Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Before using the Service, you should read these Terms and give your consent to the contents.

When a person under 20 years old uses the Service, the consent of the guardian is required.
If you violate the Terms of Service, the Company shall have the right to instruct you to discontinue use of the goods, distribution, and sale of any product derived from the goods, and possession of such product, and any violator shall comply with such instructions.

Article 2 (Revision of the Terms of Service)

The Company may revise the Terms of Service as necessary, and such changes become effective when the Company posts them on this website after the revision.
In addition, you are aware that the contents of the Terms of Use may change, and you must confirm the contents of the change notice from the Company.

Article 3 (Provision of the Service)

When you apply for the Service, you order the product after confirming the information you entered and registered and the order contents, and then you receive an electronic notification of "Payment complete" from Paypal, your contract application will be accepted and the contract will be established.
You acknowledge that the Company 's communications or notices are delivered to you by e-mail or other means specified by the Company. Any communication or notification from the Company to you shall be deemed to have been received by you to the email address registered with Paypal.

Article 4 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company will handle the registration and personal information in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Changes to the Matters in a Notification)

If your PayPal registered email address has changed since you applied for the Service, you will promptly notify the Company's User Support of your new email address.

Article 6 (Suspension/ Termination of the Service)

If the Company determines that it is difficult to provide the product, it may suspend the sale of all or part of the product upon prior notice on this website.
If the Company deems it necessary to discontinue the sale, the Company will refund the amount you have paid via your PayPal account. The Company is not responsible for any other costs or damages.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

You shall not engage in the following when using the Service

  • The acts of using for a wrongful purpose
  • The acts of infringing intellectual property rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, and other rights
  • The acts of violating laws, laws and regulations, etc., and the Terms of Service
  • The acts for sales or commercial purposes without the approval of the Company
  • The acts to interfere with the Company's operation of this website or the provision of the Service
  • The acts to damage the Company or the credibility of the Company and its titles.
  • The acts to register false information

Article 8 (Indemnities)

  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from delay or delivery of emails due to failure of the computer system used to provide the Service, misrepresentation on this website, or any other cause, nor shall it be obligated to perform the sales contract based on such misrepresentation.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the environment of the computers, lines, software, etc. that you use.

  • The Company does not warrant that your use of the Service will be free from damage caused by harmful programs such as computer viruses.
  • The Company will try not to delay the delivery of the product, but it may have to delay the completion or delivery of the product.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Judicial Jurisdiction)

The construction, validity, performance, and interpretation of the Terms of Service shall be governed by the Laws of Japan.
Any matter not stipulated herein shall be in accordance with the Copyright Act, the Civil Code, Commercial Code, and other applicable laws and regulations.
If a problem arises between you and the Company with respect to the Service or the Terms of Service, both companies shall consult in good faith and, if a lawsuit arises, the Kanazawa District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance competent.

Supplementary Provisions

The Terms of Service will come into effect on May 28, 2019.
